GITD Beads.

Q: Can someone refer me to a source of glow-in-the-dark beads? I'd prefer loose beads (not already made into jewelry or kits), At a good price, of course. :-)

A: I haven't personally run across any glass glow-in-the-dark beads. Have you thought about making your own out of glow-in-the-dark Fimo? That way you could make them whatever size and shape you want. HTH! 'The Fimo' is a good idea, but I'd actually prefer already-manufactured beads if I can find them. (And unless GITD Fimo has gotten a lot more glowy in recent years.) Of course if anyone does know of any GITD glass--particularly seed beads, PLEASE let me know! If not for this project, I'm sure I can think up a new project for them, should these exist! We just stocked two "flavors" of fluorescent size 11 seed beads, but of course, they need to be lighted by black light. They are a kick, though. We carry "Glow-In-The-Dark" beads in a 9mm 'crow bead" large hole. They are $1.00 per 100 or $4.00 per 1000. 10,000 quanities available also.
