What Kind Of Beading Is Everyone Into These Days?

A: Yes, the 'Spiral Weave' is nice looking - a friend just showed me her latest "start" on one she's making. It's supposed to be easy, too. I'm starting on a loomed 'Santa Clause' amulet bag myself, using seed beads and a free pattern I found on the web. I also plan on starting a loomed end piece (with dangles) to attach to a velvet ribbon for bookmarks to give as gifts for Christmas. An amulet purse? I would love to hear more details about it. For me, peyote is the stitch of choice. In the last few months, I have completed an amulet bag, a needle case, and a wall hanging. Pictures of them are at my website next to the icon, 'new'. I am currently working on an elegant flat peyote necklace with rosebuds and a butterfly on it. Roses are a recurring theme for me. :)
