Q: Does anyone know where to get sterling chain thin enough to string beads on?

A: If you choose your beads carefully, you should be able to do this. I use cable, fine 'Figure 8', or very fine rope chains. You can hang lampwork or furnace glass easily, and some larger 'SS' beads. Try 5-6mm sizes. It depends on the manufacturer, but the larger sizes seem to have larger holes, and of course, stone donuts will work. Maybe E beads. Some India glass has larger holes also, but semi-precious stones or pearls will never work. Do you have a catalog available? If so, how might I get one?
