Fishing Line For Bead Stringing.

Q: Beads are being strung on something called "Micro Cord". Does anyone know anything about it? How durable?

A: I cannot recall what I was watching on TV, but I recall reference to this new look being sported by the hollywood elite. I believe that in that clip, they were talking about a "floating diamond" on an "invisible chain". I recall them saying something about it being specially manufactured in California, and that it was a quality material...not fishing line. This might be what I saw in the 'Town & Country' magazine. There was an interesting looking necklace, three-strand I believe, made with pearls with approximately 1/2" space between each. I didn't really notice the threading material on the model, only the pearls. It looked pretty neat, I thought.
