Beaded Doilys.
Q: Anyone know of any online patterns for one of these?
A: You know, I've seen tons of these, and I'm beginning to think that you could use any doily pattern. Just string your beads on first, then when you come to a spot that could use a few, work them into your stitch. Let me know if anyone finds out different. Of course, you could adapt most any pattern. Look for ones with some "open" space for the beads to end up in. Typical ones I have are pineapples w/ beads worked in the SC where the chain stitch loops of the pineapple join. The beads falls in the open loop, or you can work a solid block of single or double crochet and work a bead into every stitch. This is how most of the antique crocheted purses were made, I believe.
