    Oh, man, anything. In particular:

Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream
    Brownies (with walnuts)
    Tiramisu
    Carrot cake
Lots of Scandinavian things: krumkake, rosettes, and sandbakkels
    Creme de menthe bars
    Cheesecake with strawberries

    Now I need chocolate. Stat!

My SO and I just ate out at one of my favorite restaurants in Taos. For dessert I had the raspberry souffle and the wine recommended to drink with it. MMMMM. Every bite just burst with flavor. It was so light yet filling at the same time.

Plus you have to order it in advance because it takes 20 minutes to prepare. (this entertains me, I don't know why) And it's presented so fancy with the waiter breaking it open and pouring the yummy cream inside. I don't cook so fancy desserts wow me out!
