Cool What to Eat After a Workout??

I know the primary goal of my post-workout meal is to supply the body with the right nutrients for adequate recovery and to maximize the benefits of your workout.

So how to choose easily digested food? What to Eat After a Workout?

    Anyone? Thanks in advance

Good evening. Such meal is really good, but you should also think about proteins, fats and carbohydrates, if you want to get good results. By the way did you try steroids? If no, I can recommend to try, muscles will grow very fast! You can check more info by this link. Good luck!

I usually work out late in the afternoon, so by the time i am done and returned home, it is night, so i will eat a boiled egg with some salad to get my protein.

In general, there are no universal foods. I try to eat intuitively. I listen to myself and my body to understand what I want. As a rule, my body is not wrong. This is especially felt after workouts. Since I've been fond of skiing for a long time, I've formed a special diet. By the way, if you are interested, how to ski, be sure to study this issue.
