Well, when one can't afford cable, a bunch of dingbats cohabitating an island together is not so bad. Sure beats the local news!

why would you *want* to watch tv unless there were autopsies and leech-eating? i mean, unless it's a cooking show.

i say, if you're going for the lowest common denominator, GO for that LOWEST point. really hit the nadir.

My sister had 5 episodes taped. I watched them over break, and now I'm addicted. It's like the twilight zone soap opera. What is with the polar bears?

I think the supernatural force on the island figures out what you are most fearful of and then manifests it when it gets you alone. (Remember Walt was reading the comic book with the scary polar bear just before he saw the real one?) Of course, this will be very hard to explain just HOW this actually happens. I am really wanting to know what's behind the metal door that John found.

I was excited about the new Iron Chef america but I don't like it as much as the original. I'll watch it anyway but I don't like Bobby Flay he's too aragant.

I no longer watch TV, instead I flip around marveling at how there are only dramas about trauma, and reality shows about celebrities (which is clearly not reality) and numerous versions of past decade count-downs, etc.

I do watch Food Network, Cartoon Network, and Comedy Central.
The Daily Show with Jon Stewart is the best thing to be found on the boob-tube. I want him to be our President.

I have found myself watching the likes of: Meet the Barkers, The Deadliest Catch and The Dog (I mean, gosh, dog is god spelled backwards, he must be the mullet messiah)

    *end rant

I'm missing The Amazing Race, Survivor and now Lost.

I also like alot of the shows on HGTV, FoodNetwork and TLC.

But of course mostly I stick to PBS, reading and charity work.
    ;) wink wink
