    i love Martha, though.

and i HATE Bobby Flay. that guy is such a flaming asshole.

Me, too. When he jumped up on his chopping block during Iron Chef and essentially bayed at the moon I felt so ashamed of him.

My favorites nowadays are Nigella Lawson and Jamie Oliver - I get them on tv here. My all-time favorite is Jeff Smith, I learned so much from him.

I don't get any of Rachel Ray's shows, but when she is on Oprah and I watch it, I like her recipes.

I tend to like the non-professional chefs, the only pro from my list is Jamie, but he is unconventional.

    Ahem.

Here goes: Tyler Florence, Alton Brown, Rachael Ray, any of the Iron Chefs (not Iron Chef America, as Bobby Flay who is obviously evil is an Iron Chef on there), and Giada de Laurentiis.

Of course, I'm a rabid Tyler Florence fan. All summer I drooled over him, even when he said some dumb things. I'm sure in real life he's probably an asshole, but still, he's...so...attractive. And a fun cook. Love to watch that man roll a lemon across the counter.

Rachael Ray's at her best when she's eating foods for under 40 dollars or making enchiladas in the toaster oven. She's creative and fun, but I feel like I can live without her now that I'm a better cook, you know?

Alton Brown is wonderful, and I try to ignore classism in some of his cooking skits (yes, classism, I said it).

I think Dave Lieberman is worming into my heart, too. Oh, that's because he's cute. I'm shallow. Wait, he's cute, and he says stuff like, "I think I can pull this dinner party together for seven dollars a person."

let me just say first - i'm addicted to Food network

    group says - welcome foodie!

even though I don't have a lot of time to watch these days - I love Ina Garden (Barefoot Contessa), Giada (I haven't had a bad recipe yet from her), and Alton Brown (I'm a geeky scientist by trade, what can I say?).

I too am beginning to dig Dave Lieberman - he is cute! :)

    chef at large - ick
new classics with jeff feine? - blah
everyday italian - her teeth bug me
barefoot contessa - nicely photographed - inedible food
christine cushing live - was a favourite but now, kinda painful
Emeril Live - give me a break.

hmm....guess I don't like any of the shows. Well, Sugar is ok, and the Iron Chef can be fun sometimes. Nigella is foodporn, great stuff and Jaime Oliver - not bad.
I miss the Two Fat Ladies :-(

OOOOOO! I love Barefoot Contessa! I make lots of her stuff!

I used to watch Nigella but her food was starting to gross me out lol!

I really enjoyed Jamie Olivers 'School Dinners' reality show but have never been inspired by his cooking show.

Chef at Large and now At Home is soooo annoying! I cant stand his voice and god whats with his shirts? Who dresses him?!

Everyday Italian - lol hubby keeps asking me why her head is so big!!! The only thing she made that made me drool was the pineapple with Nutella :)

    My all time fave...MARTHA!
