    Starbucks white mocha syrup is basically sweetened condensed milk with a few extra flavorings (mostly more sugar and fat). It wouldn't be identical, but you could probably make a decent facsimile by adding some Eagle Brand to your latte.

    Hi,

    I too am a coffee addict! I use Da Vinci White Chocolate Syrup, it's lovely. I'm also a fan of Torani syrups too. And as for Ghirardelli chocolate mixes...mmmm I'm in heaven :)

    For my coffee these days I put in two spoonfuls of brown sugar and one spoonful of white chocolate. I found a block of white chocolate at my local health food store and shredded it on my cheese shredder.
