Actually I find that rather offensive.

well, it's not great for me since i'm a vegetarian, but anything Maxim puts out is bound to be idiotic and offensive.

Well, despite the tasteless presentation, it is technically the proper way to carve a turkey. Unfortuately, turkey carvin' is just not a pretty process.
