    Share No Sugar recipes?

Hello crafters, I am always on the hunt for recipes that don't use sugar (or any sweetners other than honey). I've been off sugar for a year, so sweetened with dates or a tiny bit of honey is all I need or want. If you have any great recipes to share, please post!

Hey, I've got a recipe that is not only sugar free but also gluten free. I've been an insulin dependant type 1 diabetic for 30 years. Here is the recipe for almond cookies that are great

Preheat oven to 350F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
    Combine:
1 cup almond flour (freshly ground if possible)
    3/4 cup Stevia
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 teaspoons gluten-free vanilla extract
    ˝ teaspoons gluten-free almond extract
    ˝ cup chipped dried apricots
    2 Tablespoons butter

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by scant teaspoonful onto parchment paper. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. DO NOT LET BROWN. Let cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to cookie rack to cool completely. Store them in an air-tight container. Makes three dozen.

Hi msmichy, heres a yummy recipe if you like cheesecake. I can't eat a lot of dairy or with white sugar. I use stevia instead and its better than splenda. Hope you like the recipe, let me know how it turns out.

    Coffee Cheesecake
    16 oz. almond cream cheese
1/2 cup or equivelent to, sweetener of choice
    1 T agar-agar
    1/3 cup strong brewed coffee
    1 coconut flour pie crust
    How to make it:
    Heat oven to 350° F
Beat the cream cheese and sweetener in a large bowl until well blended. Add the agar-agar and coffee; mix just until blended. Pour into prepared crust.
Bake for 35 to 40 min. or until the middle is almost set. Cool completely and refridgerate for 3 hours. Optional: you can melt 1 oz of Baker´s semi-sweet chocolate bar as directed on the package and spread over the pie.

    Almond Cream Cheese
    2 cups blanched almonds
    1/3 cup water
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
Place in a blender/food processer and blend until smooth. *You may have to add a little more water to get desired texture.*
