UK Knitters

Are there any UK knitters here? I'm from Cornwall, and it's really hard to find anyone at all from my neck of the woods who likes to knit!

I'm in London, so not much help to you I'm afraid. Knitchicks http://acechick.typepad.com/knit/ lists a lot of UK knitting meetings; also there's a Yahoo group for UK handknitters that mentions meetings often, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/UKHandKnitters/

thanks for the info! I know knitchicks don't run anything anywhere near me unfortunately, but i'll check out the yahoo group :)
