Looking for Fall and Holiday Craft Festivals in Bay Area

    Hi!
I am a jewelry designer moving to San Francisco in a couple of months and I am trying to find some good fall and holiday festivals in the area to sign up for. Does anyone know of any? I would really appreciate any feedback you can offer.

    Thanks :)

    me again!

    http://www.feriaurbanasf.com/
is a good ongoing event that's worth looking into. haven't been to any of their events but i've heard good things....

    another good contact is http://www.pacificartcollective.com/index2.htm

their events are seriously quite the collaboration. check their slideshows to get an idea of what they have going on, even if you just want to attend. i've been offered a table space to work and sell my wares. if it's not your thing, they very likely have good links or could point you in the right direction. good luck and let us know when and where you'll be selling!

    East Bay Area events...

I don't know if you are actually looking for events in SF, but if you are open to the East Bay as well, Pleasanton Craft Mafia has a couple of events listed on our home page:

Let us know if you are interested!

i found my favorite local San Francisco jewelry designer here:
    http://www.appelandfrank.com

their events are pricey for vendors, but they draw huge crowds who are ready to buy.

I've participated in a Feria Urbana (which sarabell already suggested). They are very nice, their SF location is lovely, and they do a good job of keeping a wide range of different artists well-spaced (i.e. you won't be sitting next to another jewelry vendor). Their booth prices are also reasonable, though I am not sure they draw quite the same size crowds as Appel & Frank (though around holiday time I'm sure they will!).

Edited to add: For more info you could sign up to be part of the Church of Craft San Francisco- they send out a newsletter full of upcoming crafty events. http://www.churchofcraft.org/doors/s...sco/index.html
