Cool Home Remedy For Cold and Flu

Ginger tea is a great way to ward off colds and flu. It is also a great way to treat those cold and flu symptoms. I swear by this stuff. It always gives an extra boost to my immune system. I know it works because there have been MANY times that my family has gotten sick and I do not get sick even though I am doctoring them. It truly is my secret to staying healthy.

Ginger tea is packed full of health benefits. It is such a warm and calming tea to drink. I will share with you how I make my Ginger tea. I will also share some health benefits that each ingredient holds. I use ginger root, cinnamon, clove and lemon in my ginger tea. It is a beautiful blend of herbs to help you fight colds, flu and allergens that creep up on us at this time of year.

    Enjoy your tea!

I take ginger and honey tea to treat my cold. Also drinking hot water and steam also helps to combat cold and flu.

Yup, I always use this but mixing 1 tbs honey in the ginger tea makes it more effective.
