    First time home buyer

To own a house is a dream of most people. Being a first time buyer it is also the same for me. I am getting married next year. I want to bring my wife to our new home after the marriage. So, obviously this is a big secret. As said, I am a first time home buyer, so, I am really not aware of the steps required in the process of purchasing a home. I am getting suggestions to contact a brokerage who provides advice to the first time home buyer in Edmonton. Meanwhile, I’d like to know what are the documentation that I’ll need to be approved for financing. Also, if there are any tax incentives?
It’d be a great help if someone could help me out.
    Thanks in advance!
