It is really good to seek for suggestions on this topic to be in a good buying posion. Houses are mostly bought by keeping all the needs in view.
The first point to pounder is what kind of house do you need!
The second is What invirement do you Want? Then go for the answering one.

Most people usually borrow money to buy a house. If you are able to buy it without credits, you are really highly motivated. But if you took credit for it, you should be very responsible because there is a chance to face Debt Collection Agency and have great problems because of it.

If you have good budget, you can buy a house, but if you don't have enough money, you should rent.

If you are going to buy a house, you should think about air conditioning. I turned to that company https://abc-air.com.au/ to install the air conditioner. I was pretty amazed cause that guys have done their work very fast and clean. They arrived in time have all instruments. And were very polite and friendly. I expected the worst. But guys know what and how to do. I'm very pleased with that company. I can recommend them!

If you are going to buy a house but you don't have money, I can recommend to use 67 cash that has an opportunity to take a lona really fast and easy. You just need to apply a form and then a creditor will refer with you.

Calculate your budget once you feel confident you can get a mortage. I would budget that you can actually afford to run a house. Mortage Payments, gas, electric, council tax, water, food, insurance, furniture, saved money for when something goes wrong, work that needs doing, internet, phone, Netflix/Disney etc. There’s a lot that goes into it.If there are any troubles, you may want to consider emergency loans for the unemployed
