    I've just found this discussion and noticed that people advised to get meds. Maybe I'm too suspicious about taking unknown pills, but I'd better address my doctor. In case you don't have such a possibility (or don't want to), you can at least check the info about the pills you are going to take online. Personally I use Canadian Pharmacy Online for this purpose as this source provides customers not only with a great variety of medications, but also allows to read descriptions of the needed pills. I find it to be vey convenient, and I shared this information in the hope it will be helpful for somebody!

    I agree. Lots of people just showel handful of pills into their throats without any amount of concern how this might backfire on them.

    Your body can only absorb so much vitamin C and then you pee the rest out (or worse, you will get diarrhea) - hence mega doses aren't any better than your normal multivitamin.
