    Not always need pills to fall asleep. When I am tormented by insomnia, I turn on meditation and quickly fall asleep. Once I even noticed the time and set a online stopwatch and by the end of the time, I was already asleep. I like that the timer is easy to use and you can set it any time.

    Try to use a consistent schedule for sleeping and waking up, apparently it's one of the best ways to help you.

    I wish reading could help with insomnia. I remember a time when I suffered from it, and it was like a nightmare. Even the pills were useless. Sometime later, a friend of mine advised me to try a weighted blanket, which helped her with anxiety. I saw her progress with it, so immediately ordered on. In a few days, I started to sleep the whole night. Sometimes I could wake up, but in general, my sleeping quality increased. If the type of such a blanket is unknown to use, it's ok, because I'd also never heard of it.     Have you tried to change your bed? Sometimes we can't sleep because we have an awful bed. If I were you, I would probably try to find the best adjustable bed and see how the situation can change. Insomnia isn't okay and you should search for ways how to fix it.

    Great thread! I've been suffering from insomnia for several months. The only thing that helps me is pills that I buy on Canadian Pharmacy. But it is great to find out the alternative ways of treatment, so thanks for sharing, I'll try the suggested methods!

    Increase sleeping quality depend on your health issue and your bed quality if you have good quality bed then it's help to increase sleeping quality.
