It's not new, but semi-new to me: Britta Phillips & Dean Wareham's L'Avventura. I love dream pop.

This week and for the rest of the summer because I love it so, I'll be listening to "Værsgo 2" A Danish album. 17 "new" artist has made coverversions of Kim Larsen's orginal album "Værsgo". The orginal album is the best ever made! Really, a cult classic. And the new one is great :)

And I'm going to a outdoor concert to hear Kim Larsen in August, it's going to be the best. I havn't heard him live in 15 years. (I think he's close to 60 these days, but he is the coolest guy ever!)
*I'm getting a little carried away here.. hehe*

Y'all are probably gonna laugh at this one, but I've been groovin' to Songs in the Key of Life by Stevie Wonder for the last couple days. Takes me back to my youth!

This week I've been listening to a mixed cd that mindshare made me. It's got a bunch of folksy Canadians on it. It's addictive and a surprisingly good walking music CD.

I really want a new CD, though. I've got an itch to scratch!

It's been a while since we've been here...

I mostly had albums of the month this summer:
    July - Dressy Bessy, Electrify
August - Spoon, Gimme Fiction and Various Artists, Wig in a Box (the Hedwig and the Angry Inch tribute album)

Lately, I can't stop listening to New Pornographers, Twin Cinema.
