    I wouldn't run a marathon or anything, but something like yoga or a long walk or an easy bike ride would be good. Even moderate exercise can boost your circulation and help out your immune system, just make extra sure you stay hydrated. You mentioned a boyfriend...if you're no longer contagious, some lovin' can be a fun and immune system-boosting workout.

    Of course, I wouldn't run a marathon anyway.

    And you can reward your excercise effort by lining up candies and busting them into little peices while laughing like a maniac.

    Exercise some, but DO NOT overexert yourself, or try and do your normal routine that you do when you're healthy. you could end up making yourself get sick all over again if you tax your body too hard. So just be aware of how you are feeling, and don't beat yourself up if you can't finish it.
