My doggie Spec NEVER gets called Spec, we always call her Gator or Gatesy, or Gatorator Bo Bator. But my little Cleo has a ton of nicknames including
    Cleo Cleo Po Peo
    Cleopi
Cleo po Pooty (or just Po Pooty)
    or Cleo Po Poothead
    or Clee Clee
    or little stink butt
or wigglebutt (I think some others have mentioned this one)
    or Tiny Girl
    or Tiny Po Pooty
    or tiny fwiend

I think you get the idea. I just can't seem to stop calling her idiotic things, because she my wittle cutsy wootsy.

The REAL question is how many of you have a VOICE for you pet? You know, the one you use to pretend they are talking to you, having imaginary conversations (or cursing you out, depending on their mood)???

kissmyknitz, I always make voices for my pets!

My KC cat had a deep voice, and she was very dignified. Well, most of the time.

Sarge has a high-pitched, excited voice that always says "play with me!!!"

my mom and dad had a boy cat once (now departed) named morty, but a friend of mine christened him "moufon" (pronounced moo-fin) one day, then he was called:
    stinky
    moufon chips

i loved morty, and i'm still sad he died. but i'll always laugh about the moufon.

When my boyfriend started affectionately referring to my cat as poopoo (she well, had some uh poo on her at the time) I protested. So he started calling me poopoo. It has been a year now. He still calls me poopoo. So I started calling him poopoo. That's what I get for sticking up for my cat I guess ;)

i have voices for all my pets. my family is crazy (in a good way) so we do things like address questions to one another through the cats or dog, and the other person actually answers the cat instead of the person.

Boo Radley gets called Boo, Boonie, Tuna, Peanut, Hanty (long story), Pea, Hanty-cake, and other even weirder things.

Toby is called Ruvvy, Boh-ving, Fatty, Fattycakes, Bubby, Bubba, Bub-bub, Lard Lad, Baby Huey, etc.

can you guess which cat is tiny and which cat is huge and fat?

we call Jimmy, the dog, Bimples, Bimplestein, Gammstein, Vimmy, Vim, Das Beem, Veemple, Jimmy J., Zhim, Bee-Jimples, Beej, Bimpeen, etc.

    we're weird.
