I don't know but My Sparkly Girl would DIE for a copy. She is all into Spaghetti Monstorism which is some how part of being a pirate. I even got her a pirate outfit for christmas. LOVE THIS!

Are you looking for modern songs that would be good on a pirate-themed cd or more "traditional" (yo ho ho and a bottle of rum) songs?
Cause Squeeeee! Look what I found!

Wow, when I recently stumbled upon the Wikipedia page for pirate rock, I never guessed I'd have an opportunity so soon to reference it. I'm sure there've got to be some good tunes by the bands referenced there.
Expecting that you already have your fill of "O Ho Ho and a Bottle of Rum" and those Pirates of Penzance and the Carribbean, here are some other pirate-y potentials:
- Pretty much every durn thing by The Corsairs.
- "Turkish Song of the Damned" by The Pogues
- "Weird Beard" by Mad Caddies
- "Shanty for Arethusa" by The Decemberists (if not the entirity of Picaresque)
- "The Hook" by Stephen Malkmus
- "Spanish Main" by The Coral
- "Dead Sea Navigators" by Aueteurs
- "In the Drink" by Barenaked Ladies
- "Pirate Ship" by Mighty Mighty Bosstones
- "The End of You" by Sleater Kinney
- "The Lure of the Sea" by Beautiful South
- "Pirate Ships" by The Cure
- "The Pirate's Bride" by The Police
- "Jolly Roger" by Adam Ant
- "Rhymin & Stealin" by The Beastie Boys
- "Pirate Love" by New York Dolls
- "Bigands and Pirates" by D.O.A.
- "Walk the Plank" by Bonecrusher
- "Mutiny in Heaven" by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
- Many singers have done a version of "Pirate Jenny," including Nina Simone, Marianne Faithfull...
- "The Pirate Song" by George Harrison (He had a whole album, "Pirate Songs," that this was the first track from.)
- "A Pirate Looks at 40" by Jimmy Buffet (and likely several others)
- "The End of My Pirate Days" by Mary Chapin Carpenter
- "Jim Jones" by Bob Dylan; I also think an arguement can be made for his "My Back Pages," which was covered by The Byrds, The Ramones, Joan Osborne, and others
- "The Pirate of Penance" by Joni Mitchell
Can you tell I have an unholy love for the themed mix tape/playlist? ;)

Captain Hampton and the Midget Pirates by the Aquabats!!!!!!!

There's a song called "Pirate Jenny" that Nina Simone sang (as well as Judy Collins, and some other people, I'm sure).
-
its either called "ship of death" or "out live your mother" by the murder city devils, off of Thelema... great song.

Flogging Molly does wonderful pirate-themed music:
Seven Deadly Sins
Queen Anne's Revenge
Salty Dog
Not overtly pirate-specific, but nautical:
Every Dog Has Its Day
Tobacco
May the Living Be Dead (In Our Wake)
Cruel Mistress

Oh, and "The Mariner's Revenge" by the Decemberists has a nautical theme to it. It might be worth checking out.
