    As I was browsing, I ran across Grist magazine and their list of superlatives for Earth Day. It ranges from serious to funny to wry social commentary,

    Some of the highlights include,

    Scariest preview of coming attractions: Katrina

    Species most likely to go extinct within the year: climate skeptic

    Most hackneyed phrase: "Green is the new black"

    Kinkiest eco-innovation: phthalate-free sex toys

    I've never heard of this magazine, but considering that its existence, and therefore numerous jobs, depends on impending environmental doom...well, I don't have to say it, its obvious...
