    Weight Watchers online

Is anyone doing it? Or have you done it? I signed up 8 weeks ago and have lost 12 lbs! I'm nervous, of course, being the Debbie Downer that I am that I won't keep it off. I would just LOVE to hear some long term weight loss success stories.

It's $16.95 a month (for me anyway, I think they have specials sometimes) They have thousands of foods on the site and you track your points by selecting from the list. You can also build your own recipes and calculate points w/ the ingredients they have listed. So far, I've found everything on the ingredients/food list that I normally eat. When you first sign up and log in, you fill out a survey and they give you your points allowance. You also pick your "weigh in" date and log your weight on that day every week so that you can track your weight. There are also community groups and message boards.

It's just worked so well for me so far because I work best alone and weight loss is just kind of a private issue for me because I'm a yo-yoer. I'll lose 10 and gain 20. Plus, I just can't imagine myself going to the meetings but I know that totally works for alot of people.

Anyway, I'm probably not explaining it that well but if you go to weightwatchers.com you can go through a tour. They have 2 plans..Flex and Core. Flex is points tracking. Core, they give you a list of foods that you can eat such as whole grains, fruits, lots of veggies and there is less measuring, etc involved.

I'm on WW, I've lost WW in 14 weeks. I go to meeting and use their online system to track my pts and look up recipe.
