    A Course in Weight Loss

    I just started the book...."A Course in Weight Loss" by Marianne Williamson....
    It really addresses my eating addiction.... I am only a few days in...but I feel less compelled by food!! The thing that is really helping me is journalling.. instead of eating I write about how I am feeling.. I have been eating emotionally for so long.... I don't remember a time where I didn't feel so compelled to eat.. I really recommend this book...and would love to hear if others have found success with it!

    There are really nice and most informative post. I am totally agree with you and wants to appreciate you. According to me you should take low fat and carbs in your diet and also take some exercise. i think cycling and swimming are best for this purpose.

    Nice posts i really thanks to you for the sharing better information.This is very better and more informative post.i am totally agree with you.You should take a low fat and maximum foods in your diet.Exercise and swimming is the best way to reduce the weight.

    i am to lose weight now
    i eat less than before, no meat, and walk for an hour after the dinner.
    But I feel so hungry

    I don't have problems particularly with weight, but thinnk we all have our own demons we have to fight against. Have faith in yourself and take on step at a time.

    I think you all have good ideas for losing weight but I think the exercises is the best for going down because I have heard that there are some course which prove harmful for the internal body. so I must recommend to do exercise.
