    Scrapbooking business problems

    Selling merchandise online is a great option. However, a scrap booking business can also encounter customers complaints especially if business is growing. Anybody in the group that are experts in this type of business? In the first place, how do you prevent online clients complaints. What are the practices we need to know to handle these complaints. Do we need a technical expert to do it. We might be needing it to manage and support response channels remotely? Your idea and suggestions will be appreciated.

    Hi! I heard from my husband that there is a software that handles complaints. He just didn't elaborated and I didn't ask too. Perhaps you can check the software online. Good luck!

    I've searched online and found Verse. Is there any recommendations? I'll just compare it with verse and see which one helps better.
