    new site---advice please

i changed my site!!! its now more proffessional looking---I hope! Now you can login and view orders and stuff. my last site didnt have a login feature.

It is built around zen-cart. I am not completly finished with it. still have some changes i need to make. I would REALLY appreciate anyones input please!

Do you think it looks better/worse than my old site?

some people are saying its way too pink. Is it? I was trying to figure out how to change the sideboxes that are pink to a simple dotted border thats grey or pink so that would get rid of some of the pinkness. if anyone knows how to alter that on zen let me know :)

my old site is located here:

    http://www.shopjackiesjewels.com/oldsite

    my new site is here:

    www.shopjackiesjewels.com

    Thanks,
    Jackie

Your new site is really well organized, even though the pictures were a little bit slower than your old site (this could also be due to my emotionally unstable DSL connection so you might have someone else check for you). I love your jewelry (the rings really got me even though I'm not a ring person) and your prices are pretty reasonable. Would you consider making stitch markers too?

    Hi there...

Im a graphic designer and web designer... And I think I can answer your question. The only way to ensure that your images load as quickly as possible, is to make sure they are a) only 72dpi b) only as big (in dimensions) as they need to be c) gifs and not jpgs.

I really hope this helps and I love your designs!!
