    Thanks erika:)

I'm gonna give it a try. Sounds like it's stronger than the old modge podge ...... Does it dry clear?

Any other suggestions before I head out to the local craft store?

You can buy it at craft stores and maybe even hardware stores since it is silicone glue. It is in a metal tube. It dries clear, but should set for 24 hours (I guess "fast" is relative). There is a website called this to that that provides glue advice. Silicone glue would probably be too much for paper.

Hey, you know Mod Podge is basically the same as thinned-out Elmer's glue (aka white glue)?

Here are the glues I keep in reach at all times -

    Alene's Tacky Glue
    E6000
    Glue Stick (acid free)
    Mod Podge (and glitter podge)

i discovered this awesome water-based glue that works just like e6000 - it's called Crafter's Pick The Ultimate. It works on metal and all kinds of surfaces. I like it because there is no odor and it's nice and thick and sturdy!

don't forget YES! paste. it can be thinned down with water, and it's useful for all sorts of surfaces.
