I would like to attach some sequins to some saddle shoes,

the saddle shoes are PVC and the sequins are regular sequins. I am not asking for a miracle and that these perform like manufactured shoes or something but I would like a little staying power. I have thought about manually sewing them on but that seems extreme. Maybe hot glue, but that doesn't seem enough? Any suggestions appreciated!

I noticed no one replied to this and I may be way late but I recommend 527 Cement, E6000, Goop or this new stuff called "Gorilla Glue." I hope this helps you.
