    This site has some rather blurry pictures of her own ones which she sells, but maybe you could work out the pattern from there? It doesn't look too complicated.

    I must admit, I didn't know what it was either, I found that site on google.

    Oh, it's for holding tea bags? I was trying to picture a wallet made out of tea bags (or the sleeves they come in.)

    See, and I was picturing a wallet covered with those tags at the end of the string. That actually might be cool!

    Outside is faced square the width of two tea bags plus a little wiggle room (maybe an inch).

    Inside is a faced rectangle the same width. It is attached around three sides of the rectangle to the square with a loop for the button in the middle of the right side.

    Stitch down the middle to make two pockets. The bag folds down and then in half with the loop folding over to the button.

    The second picture on the first page (sunflowered print) was easy to reverse-engineer for style. I did the same thing with oven finger mitties...

    You could probably adjust the directions for a checkbook cover to fit the dimensions you need to hold tea bags. I made my checkbook covers from this link:
