What shall I do with this button?

I bought a lovely big (about 5cm diameter) round wooden button and now i don't know what to do with it. I want to make a brooch, but i'm lacking in inspiration and not sure quite how to approach this.
    Any ideas?

Something with beads, maybe? Group a (large) number of beads on (iron)wire through the holes, either tight or dangling, could make a spectacular effect. If you have a drill, make more holes if necessary.
