Very nice blog for your first time. That's a different way of making sloppy joes, very creative. When I make them, I love the bbq taste so I usually add a lot of things in mine and I just use hamburger buns. I was on blogspot for a long time but didn't go there for a long time. I wish you success on your blog and I think you will get ideas like I did.
