If you click on specialties & sundries at the top, you'll find milagros in the beads/charms or hispanic category. They also have papel picado. I love this place! They have a great selection of rubber stamps and all sorts of awesome ephemera for collage. Definately take a look around - I'm sure you can find some fun things!

I would go to the 99 cent store and buy a cheap collar...or target.
I was gonna say the same thing about the 99c store collars- but since I don't machine-sew I was going to say add beads, charms or other embellishments. I like to buy crazy charms and jewelry to put groovy pentants on my dog's collar - a giant fake diamond, a little lipstick charm, whatever.
You might also check ebay - the stuff that sells for a mint at pet stores sells for a buck or two there.

it is fuji that makes the white-clearish ones? if so, I keep seed beads, charms, jewelry findings, eyelets, snaps and little card-making embellishments in them, which I then keep in a shoe box and then I can kind-of guess what each is without having to open it
Sorry 'bout posting twice, but if you did this, you could glue the tops to the bottoms and make a long wand sort of thing. That would hold all your stuff AND keep it all together. :)

I want to say there was a web site/blog with a craft challenge and someone made her own rubber stamps afixed to the top of a flim canister...though the site URL escapes me at the moment, but maybe someone else knows what I'm talking about.
