I made the Lemony Light Cheesecake recipe that came in my Kitchenaid instruction book. It was really good! Very uh..lemony. And light!
Honestly, I use mine mostly for mashed potatoes and homemade whipped cream. I just love how I can tend to something else while my potatoes are being whipped. Let me know if the cheesecake recipe is not in your instruction booklet and if you want it I'll get it to you.
