I actually like the green, it looks pretty classy. I also like the direction you are going with the site, (the fonts and the borders especially) it looks clean. I'm guessing you will probably have more pictures stuff on the home page eventually but it's a good start. Don't ask me why but it seems soft and calming (and it makes me want some of that mohair yarn in the picture!)

i went to a wedding in Minnesota last September and was surprised at how warm it was in the daytime, though chilly at night.
i wore a dressy tie-front crop sweater over my dress that worked out really well-- they sell them everywhere lately, it seems! mine was long-sleeved, a spider-webby knit in a fuzzy mohair yarn that was warm and also dressy. i got it in the TBD section of Nordstrom and I"ve seen similar things there since...
