Post Subject: gmail swap group
So do you think a gmail swap group would be cool? Since I guess getcrafty won't get an entire forum and other websites *coughnervousness* are never working. Plus we could block swappers who don't send in what they're supposed to or make a thread about bad members so we have an ongoing list of people to not swap with. Yay or nay?

Post Subject: Groups formed
Greetings everyone!
I've assigned the groups, and each group is 6-7
people. Please make an ornament for each person in
the group, excluding yourself.
In the past, everyone has mailed the ornaments to the
swap coordinator who then mails them all out. Because
postage will add up, I would like everyone to include
money or stamps to cover postage. I think if everyone
includes the same amount of postage that their
ornaments are shipping off with, it'll all work out
okay.
Also, when you mail your ornaments out, please include
an index card with your name and mailing address
written on it. This will make it easier for me to
prepare items for shipment.
Deadline Info:
Please aim to have your ornaments completed by and
shipped by November 12. This way I can get them sent
out in time for the Christmas trees that go up the day
after Thanksgiving. :-)
