What is you favorite kind of sandwich? Is it one you make at home or get at the corner deli?
I am torn between a chicken salad sandwich w/ mayo, green apples, almonds and cranberries on whole wheat
or
Turkey on sourdough w/ mayo, mustard, oil, vinegar, avocado and green peppers...mmmm
Add a blended coffee drink or fresh brewed iced tea and Im in heaven..
How about everyone else? What is your favorite? _________________ *Luck & wishes* |

My sandwich-y delight is not too exciting but I love it (and wish one was in front of me right now):
-Thinly sliced smoked turkey
-Chipotle mayo
-on some kind of chewy french bagette. Yum!
Runner up = hot turkey sandwiches after thanksgiving. on thick scali bread.

I know it's been over-done, but I still love a tomato/fresh mozzarella/fresh basil with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on fresh Italian bread.
The health food store kind of close to where I work has a pretty good tofurkey on whole grain bread with napa cabbage and nayonaisse.
Damn, I should have had a sandwich for lunch. _________________ D ;o) |

A small (which is huge) roast beef and swiss (no lettuce or any of that stuff) on rye with tons of horseradish stathered on it from the best deli - Domini's in Spokane Wa. Served with fresh popped popcorn and an RC cola. oh, man now I'm homesick. _________________ Every year, back comes spring, with nasty little birds yapping their fool heads off and the ground all mucked up with plants - Dorothy Parker |

My favorite sandwich is a grilled beef bahn mi from the place around the corner. I get it spicy with those evil-hot little red chili peppers. It's full of fresh veggies and wood-grilled beef, plus it costs $2.25! _________________ http://www.helloyarn.com |

| My favourite sandwich is chicken caesar. One day I took the whole day out to make fresh rolls, the dressing, the lot from scratch and sat down that evening to the best chicken caesar ever! If its a normal make-a-sandwich-and-go-to-work day then it has to be tuna salad. Somehow crunchy juicy salad seems to make sandwiches better! |

My favourite sammich would have to be chicken salad on a croissant. I'm also a fan of turkey and cheese (swiss or provolone) and dressing (ranch or french salad dressing that is!).
And there's the classic peanut butter with homemade grape jelly, or peanut butter and banana, or peanut butter and honey. (Can you tell I love the peanut butter? ;)) |

ever since I heard that salmon, cantalope & spinach are three foods that are excellent for skin I've been combining those in a wrap. The salmon is mixed with chunks of cantalope, green onions, mayo & yogurt & seasoned with curry powder, soy sauce & some freshly grated ginger. I line the wrap with fresh spinach - yum! _________________ visit me!

| Has eating salmon, cantalope, & spinach really helped your skin? Is there a noticeable difference? :) |

Well I just started eating this combo over the past few weeks (trying to eat more fish for those omega 3s). I've read that these foods are anti-imflamatory & contribute to healthy skin. I'm in my late 30's so I'm extra interested in healthy regimes that can be easily implemented into my daily routine - with minimal effort.
My dermatologist did tell me that the best thing you can do is wear sunscreen, especially on face & chest as these two areas damage easily & instead of spending $$$ on expensive lotions & potions, go out & have fun! _________________ visit me!
