This is fun. I've answered before I read any others.
Last song you danced to in public?
I can't remember. It's so sad. I can't remember.
Your least favorite household chore?
All of it. I'm a pack rat and a slob. A lethal combination.
How many magazines do you subscribe to?
Just one. I'm on a limited budget.
Which would you rather be, rich or famous?
rich
VW Bug, or Mini Cooper?
Mini Cooper
Paris, or Rome?
Paris...no, Rome...no, Paris...no, Rome...
Thing on your to-do list that you're putting off:
getting a mammogram
Getting any lately?
nope. (sigh)
What's your secret super power?
I have a superb understanding of what should and should not be put on television. But, since it's a secret, no one knows to check with me. Therefore, we have all those reality programs and we have really good shows jumping the shark waaay too early. Also the reason that Geeks and Freaks was cancelled. They didn't ask me.
Everyone should be so lucky to have my:
creativity
What's your sign? Does it suit you?
I'm an Aquarian, but I don't know much about it.
[ETA] bumbleV wrote: friendly, creative, emotional and perverse, That's me in four words.
People most often notice that I'm:
smart, funny, and creative.
General feelings about the upcoming elections?
Petrified. Oddly optimistic at the same time.
Dogs, or cats?
Both and neither. I take them one at a time and judge them individually. My sis has a dog that I love and I've met several cats that I've loved.
Tea or Coffee?
Coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[new!] What is your birth order in the family?
second of four
[ETA]
Corey Haim or Corey Feldman?
No opinion on this one.
what are you having/did you have for lunch?
A very tasty hummus, provolone, cucumber sandwich and water.
What are you doing tonight?
Watching Joan of Arcadia (she rocks!) and Nip/Tuck and Dinner for Five and catching up on e-mail and crafty boards. _________________ "It's better to know some of the questions than all of the answers." - James Thurber |

Last song you danced to in public?
Don't know the title -- it was someone's merengue mix at a party.
Your least favorite household chore?
Vacuuming. Ugh. (Gotta give props to my mister, 'cuz as long as I'm living with him and scooping cat litter in exchange, I never have to do it, he says.)
How many magazines do you subscribe to?
None, but I wish I still subscribed to The Nation. And I pretty much always buy Interweave Knits on the newsstand. Oh, and yesterday I bought a copy of Bitch, which I love but never have time to read during the school year.
Which would you rather be, rich or famous?
Famous. But can I be middle class as well, instead of grad-student-class like I am now? Not rich ... just ... with a little more spending money.
VW Bug, or Mini Cooper?
Lime green VW Bug. (Which is kind of like the champagned-colored Toyota Corolla I drive now, right?)
Paris, or Rome?
Never been to either, but from what my sister says the food's better in Rome. So I'm going there.
Thing on your to-do list that you're putting off:
Um, the only thing on my to-do list I'm *not* putting off is working out.
Getting any lately?
Yep. And how.
What's your secret super power?
I have the most amazing memory of anyone I know. (Makes me a horrible person to date, because I can recite arguments word-for-word from five years ago, which irritates my current partner to no end. But it makes me a great friend, because I can help you remember stuff and because people always feel really cared-for when I know the minutiae of their lives. Last time I was in Atlanta I remembered where a friend of mine keeps her cornstarch when she couldn't find it ... even though I only go to her house about twice a year now.)
Everyone should be so lucky to have my:
Sense of humor.
What's your sign? Does it suit you?
I'm the quintessential Cancer.
People most often notice that I'm:
A big nerd.
General feelings about the upcoming elections?
Let's re-defeat the son-of-a-Bush.
Dogs, or cats?
Cats cats cats cats cats cats.
What is your birth order in the family?
Oldest of five.
Corey Haim or Corey Feldman?
I don't know anything about either one. I had very restricted access to pop culture as a kid.
what are you having/did you have for lunch?
Leftover homemade pizza with pesto and broccoli.
What are you doing tonight?
Um, I gotta check with my buddy. I think we decided on seeing a movie and drinking beer.[/i] |

Last song you danced to in public?
It was at prom, and it was boring, so I can't remember.
Your least favorite household chore?
Vacuuming. Ugh. (Gotta give props to my mister, 'cuz as long as I'm living with him and scooping cat litter in exchange, I never have to do it, he says.)
How many magazines do you subscribe to?
I'm subscribed to Bitch. I'm considering Venus.
Which would you rather be, rich or famous?
I want to be famous enough to be interviewed in Bitch and rich enough to not be in rags when said interview takes place. Is that so much to ask?
VW Bug, or Mini Cooper?
I'm car illiterate, but once I saw someone driving a VW bug with a license plate that said "mein car". It was an odd moment.
Paris, or Rome?
Florence.
Thing on your to-do list that you're putting off:
I don't have a to-do list. This quiz was sort of in the back of mind, but now I'm doing it, too...
Getting any lately?
No. I'm in the minority!
What's your secret super power?
I am a super sleuth.
What is your birth order in the family?
Youngest of two by mother. Oldest of two by father.
Corey Haim or Corey Feldman?
You may as well be speaking Greek to me. Or French, for that matter because I've apparently forgotten everything I've learned.
what are you having/did you have for lunch?
Steamed squash, baby lima beans, rice, and bran muffins. It was Healthy Day.
What are you doing tonight?
I just want to sleep, but my mother wants me to accompany her to some thing she's serving at, and I can't get out of it. I really want to eat Indian food. _________________ When you got a hundred voices singin',

Last song you danced to in public?
Don't know the name of the song or artist, but it was something really cool on one of our in-store tapes at work. I was dancing to stay awake, since I'd been up since 3:30am.
Your least favorite household chore?
Picking up all the clutter and junk and finding a place to put it, which has to be done before any other less odious chores can be started.
How many magazines do you subscribe to?
None. I buy too many off the newsstand.
Which would you rather be, rich or famous?
As a kid, I would have said "famous" in a heartbeat. Now, definitely rich. The idea of actual fame gives me the heebie-jeebies.

Stale old chicken wings. I want real food.
What are you doing tonight?
Ordering in dinner and watching the DVD that the hubby just bought. |

That would be either "Hey Ya" or "Total Eclipse of the Heart".
Your least favorite household chore?
Everything. But more specifically, washing dishes. Followed closely by actually putting away laundry.
